Summers End

The summers is over in our house. School has started back and we are all adjusting to our new (old) schedules. We recently had a visit down to Fayetteville, to see the Wilkerson/Sines family. While there, we got to see Mikes brothers, sister, and mother, and our sister in law. We had a good time catching up with everyone, and Maddie had the best time playing with Ollie the neighbors dog!

Not much else going on right now. We are expecting a visit from Sarah and Mike Martin in early September, and are excited about that.

Baby #2 is doing well at 8 weeks gestational age. I am feeling fine physically, but having a hard time with hormones this go around. Happy one minute, sad the next, and possible irritated the next, hahahaha. Wish Mike luck!

The picture is of our great neighbors and Maddie being great helps cleaning the living room floor !

July was a busy month. Mike and I have both been working very hard, but have each had time to go our seperate ways for vacations with friends. Earlier in July Mike went with Matt and some friends (Tom and Dan) to Las Vegas for a boys trip. It seems as though they had fun gambling, seeing the sights, and catching a show.

Maddie and I just got home from St. Louis. We too, had a great trip. We visited with our friends, Sarah, Chip and Alex Duello. We got to go to a Cardinals baseball game and to the zoo. Best of all though we got to play with Sarah and Alex a lot!

Maddie is doing great. She is growing like a weed. She seems to get smarter each day!!!! She is playing all over the house and outside, and is quite the dare devil when it comes to exploring.

I am feeling great, and go to my first doctor visit on Friday. The nurses that I have seen up until this point say that the baby's due date is around April 4th. Since I had a Csection last time they will do one this time and will schedule it for a week prior to due date.

Stay tuned for more....

What a wonderful world it will be!
